The Opportunity As a key member of a professional flight crew, you will help plan, execute, and conclude missions on the Citation C560 series with precision and teamwork. You will apply strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations and company SOPs while maintaining uncompromising safety, situational awareness, and customer service. What You'll Do - Operate as First Officer under the Captains supervision in accordance with Transport Canada regulations and company SOPs. - Support flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, NOTAM and weather analysis, and fuel planning. - Conduct diligent preflight and postflight inspections; ensure airworthiness documentation is complete and accurate. - Manage avionics and FMS, maintain checklist discipline, and monitor flight progress and systems. - Coordinate effectively with dispatch, maintenance, ground handlers, and ATC for ontime, efficient operations. - Demonstrate a professional, passengerfocused approach, protecting privacy and delivering a premium onboard experience. - Champion a strong safety culture, including SMS participation, threat and error management, and SOP adherence. - Participate in recurrent training, checking, and emergency preparedness to maintain currency and proficiency. Minimum Qualifications - Total time: 650 hours - PIC time: 100 hours - Time in type: 100 hours on Citation C560 - Type rating: Required on Citation C560 - Licences: IATRA, IR, ME (TCCA) - Medical: Class 1 - ICAO ELP: Level 4 or higher Preferred Experience - MEDEVAC/Air Ambulance experience is considered an asset. Additional Requirements - Relocation: This position requires relocation to Winnipeg, Manitoba. - Regulatory knowledge: Strong knowledge of Transport Canada regulations. - Airport access: Able to obtain a Driving Airside Licence (D/A) and a RAIC. - Drivers licence: Valid drivers licence required. - Passport: Valid passport with unrestricted ability to travel abroad. - Background screening: Clear current Criminal Record Check, Child Abuse Registry Check, and Vulnerable Sector Check. - COVID-19: Vaccination required where permitted by applicable law. - Work authorization: Visa sponsorship is not provided; legal right to work in Canada is required.
