The Responsibilities and Qualifications In this role, you will focus on: - Pick and pack customer orders using pick carts, RF scanners, and WMS software in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting. - Apply standardized packing procedures across a variety of product types and order combinations, preserving product integrity and optimizing the unboxing experience. - Be the final set of eyes ensuring packages meet our high standards of quality and accuracy. - Correctly label, sort, and stage customer orders to ensure smooth outbound operations. - Maintain efficiency with a sense of urgency to meet department targets without compromising quality and accuracy. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, upholding warehouse safety protocols. - Report inventory discrepancies, quality issues, and operational concerns to leadership, suggesting improvements when possible. - Identify opportunities to provide memorable experiences for customers. - Fulfill unusual special instructions for orders (e.g., custom requests) in line with policy. - Support cross-functional warehouse operations by pivoting to other tasks as needed, adapting quickly to changing priorities and business needs. Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or warehousing is an asset. Other important attributes include creativity, dexterity, the ability to pivot between tasks, strong communication, detail orientation, self-sufficiency, resourcefulness, organization, and proactivity.
