LP & Associates Incorporated AI Enablement & Continuous Improvement Lead - Jasper, Alberta Location: Remote / Hybrid (Canada) Company: LP & Associates Salary: $50,000$65,000 per year (based on experience) Start: Immediate Job Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an AI Enablement & Continuous Improvement Lead to support a growing food production and manufacturing organization that produces highquality specialty baked products designed for people with dietary needs. The company focuses on delivering products that are safe, reliable, and enjoyable ensuring people with limited dietary options dont have to compromise on taste or quality. This is a strategic, handson enablement role embedded fulltime within one of our client organizations, where youll play a direct role in improving workflows, strengthening data practices, and enabling AIsupported operations across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities - Lead workflow enablement and AI adoption across departments. - Review processes and SOPs to identify automation and improvement opportunities. - Convert manual and repetitive workflows into structured, AIassisted models. - Clean and model data to support reporting, forecasting, and automation reliability. - Build dashboards, workflow logic, and automation using Azure, Power BI, SQL, and Python. - Work with leadership to prioritize highimpact workflow improvements. - Deliver training and provide ongoing support through clear communication and iteration. - Maintain version control, governance, and workflow documentation. Required Technical Skills - Microsoft Azure (resource provisioning and data services) - Power BI (data modeling, DAX, report/dashboard development) - Microsoft SQL Server (querying, ETL patterns) - Python (data preparation and automation scripting) - REST API integration - Practical experience using LLMs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to solve real workflow problems. Nice-to-Haves - RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) workflows or vector databases (Pinecone, Redis, Milvus, Chroma) - Azure Cognitive Search / Azure AI Studio - Workflow orchestration tools (Azure Data Factory, Prefect, Airflow) - Experience training internal users or delivering documentation/workshops. Bonus Points (Show Us What Youve Built) - Home lab experience (Raspberry Pi cluster, server rack, Proxmox, ESXi, TrueNAS, pfSense, etc.) - Power BI dashboards, APIs, workflows, or automations for yourself or others. - Selfhosted services (Nextcloud, Paperlessngx, Grafana, Jellyfin, Kubernetes, etc.) - Security curiosity (Elastic, Wazuh, Suricata, Security Onion, or SOC tooling). - Experience with vector DBs, RAG frameworks, AI prompt testing, or workflow orchestration. - GitHub repos, GitLab projects, blog posts, demos, or screenshots. Ideal Candidate - Can translate complex technical concepts into simple, usable workflows. - Enjoys improving systems and removing inefficiencies. - Communicates clearly with both frontline staff and leadership. - Iterates you dont wait for perfect, you test, improve, and refine. - Has both technical depth and business process awareness.
