We are looking for an experienced 3rd Line IT Professional to join our growing team. What does this role involve? With an expanding client portfolio, you will work as part of a dedicated technical team delivering high-quality IT support to multiple clients in a fastpaced environment. The role involves providing escalation support to both technical and account management teams, ensuring solutions and projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also provide enduser support across all levels. The successful candidate will have strong experience across Windows Server environments, networking (Cisco/IOS), cloud technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID and Intune, and cyber security. Teamwork You will be required to support onthejob training of team members and review their work as necessary to improve performance and underpin excellence. This includes team leadership, training and providing support for the solutions team.
