Youll bring strong technical expertise, particularly in post-planning stages of Certified Passive House and low-energy residential projects, along with a minimum of five years post-PartIII experience within a UK practiceessential for detailed knowledge of UK planning and building regulations. Key Skills & Experience: - Certified Passive House Designer with certified PHPP experience - Proven experience in whole-life carbon calculations using PHribbon, WLCA, or AECB Embodied Carbon Calculator - Competent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications - Experience with 3D printing desirable - Demonstrable ability to manage and deliver projects across all RIBA stages - Strong interpersonal skills and experience building client and stakeholder relationships - Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines Were looking for someone with genuine passion and flair for sustainable design, who takes pride in creating innovative, beautiful homes with a light environmental footprint.
