Field Service Technician Socaps Jasper Canada Industrial Bakery Systems Socaps Jasper Canada $32$42 an hour Fulltime. Role Summary Fieldbased position supporting automated industrial equipment. Handle installations, startups, troubleshooting, and onsite support, working directly with customers on highvalue production lines. Responsibilities - Install, commission, and start up automated equipment. - Troubleshoot electrical, automation, and mechanical issues. - Support upgrades, retrofits, and production improvements. - Work independently in the field and collaborate with project teams. - Travel extensively to customer sites across North America. Equipment & Technology - Industrial production lines (ovens, proofers, coolers, freezers). - PLCs: AllenBradley (primary), Siemens (plus). - Robotics: ABB. Qualifications - Strong electromechanical field service experience. - Solid PLC troubleshooting skills. - Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings. - Authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada. Nice to Have - Food or baking industry experience. - Certifications or licenses related to industrial equipment. Experience - Industrial mechanical and electrical: 5 years (Required). - Field Service Technician: 5 years (Required). - Bakery equipment: 5 years (Required). Benefits - Paid time off. Work Location United States or Canada (near a major airport). Heavy travel across North America; trips lasting up to three weeks in a row if needed.
