Job Description Louis Dreyfus Company ('LDC') is recruiting to expand the Trainer Trainee program within North America, and is looking for postsecondary new graduates eager to help the company expand their global business. As an LDC Trader Trainee, you will gain the skills and knowledge necessary to purchase, sell, and trade physical commodities in global markets to maximize profitability. In this growth role you will have direct access to senior traders and managers in an open working environment designed to encourage the free flow of ideas and information. You will work sidebyside with the experts in our company. All learning is relevant, practical, and handson. This onthejob training demands a wide range of skills, including the knowledge and use of statistical information, particularly supply/demand economics, and quantitative analysis.
