Workiva Implementation Consultant Salary: $86$97 per hour (Canada) Temporary, Fixed term contract. Location: Toronto, Ontario (Remote with occasional onsite workshops). Contract length: 14 weeks (possible extension). Please note: if you have not done at least one Workiva implementation before, your resume will not be considered. This role involves handson automation SOX testing and configuration/implementation of Workiva. You will work heavily with internal and external stakeholders, as well as an offshore delivery team. Key Responsibilities - Configure the Workiva platform by building workflows to manage SOX program. - Administer testing of integrated systems with internal teams and external vendors. - Manage vendor relationships, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of project milestones. - Configure Workiva to support SOX testing automation, including workflow design and backend setup. - Collaborate with offshore teams and a senior client manager to oversee implementation. - Support a large user base through scalable configuration and testing plans. Required Skills and Experience - 510 years of overall experience in banking/finance as a consultant. - 12+ largescale Workiva implementation projects. - Experience configuring the Workiva platform to manage SOX program, building workflows, and test plans. - Strong understanding of Workivas GRC module and financial reporting module. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, experience working with offshore teams. Nice to Have Skills and Experience - Familiarity with Archer and Peoplesoft for integrations. - Exposure to LastMile Reporting solutions such as Disclosure Management, Anaplan Disclosure Management, SAP Disclosure Management.
