Overview Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge is a luxury resort set in the Canadian Rockies, undergoing a multiphase transformation. We are seeking a Guest Services Manager to lead our entrance and departure experiences, mentor a highperformance team, and elevate guest satisfaction throughout the stay. Responsibilities - Deliver professional, friendly, and sincere service to all guests. - Supervise, schedule, train, and evaluate the Bell Desk staff, ensuring timely handling of inquiries and guest satisfaction. - Provide daytoday operational support for Front Desk, Royal Service, and Tours departments. - Assist the Front Office Manager in all departmental activities, including covering MOD shift, issuing preshift logs, and participating in shift meetings. - Promote and participate in hotel initiatives such as CES, VOG, LQA, health and safety, and all guest service programmes. - Maintain high Service Essentials and LQA standards, gathering and acting on guest feedback. - Coordinate arrivals, departures, and lobby management with the Front Office. - Oversee tours, groups and conventions from a guestservices perspective, liaising with Front Office, Conference Services and Housekeeping. - Anticipate and manage the needs of Accor members, Distinguished Visitors, Special Attention and VIP guests. - Develop and implement new systems and standards to improve service quality. - Organise and facilitate monthly team meetings, promote health and safety, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements. - Maintain relationships with local attractions, tour operators and other service partners. - Manage departmental supplies within budget, using the Labour Management Program for scheduling. - Enforce a welcoming, inclusive environment that reflects Fairmonts brand promise. Qualifications - Valid Alberta drivers licence. - Minimum 12 years of Rooms Managerial experience. - Experience in Guest Services and/or Concierge is an asset. - Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Opera, Royal Service Manager, IConcierge (or equivalent). - Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced, unionised environment. - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. - Strong leadership, training, and motivating abilities. - Professional, outgoing personality with initiative and problemsolving aptitude. - Legal eligibility to work in Canada.
