This is a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and ensuring both staff and clients feel supported. In this role, you will support a lovely Chairman based in the U.S. and a savvy Managing Director in Toronto. Your responsibilities will include coordinating complex international travel, processing expenses, preparing correspondence, managing office and client hospitality, and creating a professional, welcoming environment for everyone.
