You will collaborate with 26 product teams at TR to produce, review, and enhance technical content. Key Responsibilities: - Explain API concepts clearly. - Write and review API documentation. - Develop content tailored for external audiences. - Create documentation using AEM and Adobe CMS. - Build SEO and marketing content. - Conduct A/B testing and marketing campaigns. - Manage content changes via GitHub. - Write in Markdown format. - Incorporate AI-related content and lead AI project framing. - Contribute to the tone and voice of our conversational UI (Chatbot). Requirements: - Proficiency in HTML and JSON. - Experience with AI content drafting tools. - Background in tech, preferably from Amazon or financial institutions (preferred). - Portfolio submission (preferred). Skills: - Technical writing expertise. - SEO and marketing skills. - A/B testing experience. - Knowledge of HTML and JSON. - Experience with AI content creation. - Familiarity with AEM and Adobe CMS (preferred).
