As a Travel Registered Nurse in NL, youll deliver exceptional patient care in diverse hospital settings, from bustling urban ERs to remote community clinics. Whether you specialize in Medical/Surgical, ER, OR, L&D/OB, or Nurse Practitioner care, your expertise will be crucial in supporting NLs healthcare system. Responsibilities - Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as required - Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans - Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams - Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with BC healthcare standards - Educate patients and families on post-discharge care - Adapt seamlessly to new clinical environments and protocols - Provide care while ensuring that the emotional, physical comfort, and safety of clients are met to the greatest extent; care must be within the scope of practice of the relevant discipline Education and Qualifications - Diploma/Degree (RN) and proof of good standing with the College of Nurses - Valid certifications required: PALS, TNCC, CTAS, BLS, ACLS - At least 2-3 years of recent Canadian hospital experience - Recent CRC/Vulnerable sector check within the past 180 days - Strong communication, interpersonal, and teaching skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness and ability to travel from assignment to assignment Job Details Job types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temporary Contract length: 1-3 months Pay: $45.00-$80.00 per hour Location: Canada Benefits: Relocation assistance #J-18808-Ljbffr
