We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Optimization Engineer, with both strategic and operational expertise, capable of transforming multi-site manufacturing operations through measurable gains, a structured approach, and strong influencing skills. You will play a key role in: - Optimizing processes: flow, cycle, bottlenecks, productivity. - Improving performance: OEE, yield, scrap rate, quality. - Leading automation projects: CNC machining, robotics, vision systems, equipment modernization. - Optimizing line layout: safety, ergonomics, operational efficiency. - Refining profitability through cost analysis (ABC) and financial simulations. - Harmonizing practices across multiple sites with a Lean and continuous improvement approach. What you will bring: - Bachelors degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (custom products: a plus). - Solid Lean/Six Sigma foundation and proficiency in continuous improvement tools. - Analytical mindset, autonomy, flexibility, and results-oriented leadership. - Bilingualism (French/English). - Availability to travel to Canada and the United States (10-15% of the time).
