What Youll Be Doing We are looking for an Environmental Assessment (EA) & Preliminary Design (PD) Lead to help grow our business in the GTA and Ontario. The successful candidate will have handson project management experience for Ministry of Transportation (MTO) and Regions/Municipalities doing EA and preliminary design on roads and highway widening and/or interchange modifications. In this role, you will manage the overall EA & PD portfolio on both MTO and municipal projects and play a key role in growing our EA & PD business. Supported by a strong design team, the Regional EA & PD Lead will manage EA and PD projects upon award. The position can be based in one of our four major offices, with a 100% remote option available for the right candidate. Required Skills - Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field - 12+ years of experience delivering major or significant EA and PD projects - Handson project management experience for major MTO EA & PD projects - Registered Professional Engineer - Proven background of leading multidisciplinary design teams on challenging, highprofile projects Role Overview This position is part of our Critical Infrastructure team.
