Employer: Bayshore HealthCare Location: Remote Northern Communities (Manitoba) Pay: $35 -$75/hour (Rates and additional per-diem depending on role) We are looking for skilled Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) with a minimum of 18 months experience (2015 practice hours) to join our new travel team who will be sent on short-term assignments in Northern Manitoba. Assignments are available in Emergency, Obstetrics, Dialysis, Psychiatry, Mental Health Units, NICU, LTC and Health Centres. Duties & Responsibilities The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: - Quickly adapt to new clinical environments, workflows, documentation systems, and facility expectations. - Provide safe, compassionate, culturally sensitive and evidence-based nursing care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies. - Develop and implement patient-centered care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. - Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, families, facility staff, and agency representatives. - Maintain flexibility with scheduling, assignments, and travel requirements, including working in remote or high-need locations as required.
