The Proxy Team Lead is a frontline leadership role responsible for driving performance, accountability, and execution within the Proxy (door-to-door canvassing) team. This position leads a team of Proxy Agents in the field, ensures consistent application of the Renewal by Andersen / Dunn Group methodology, and delivers qualified, demoed appointments that align with sales capacity and quality standards. Job Title: Proxy Team Lead Region: British Columbia Department: Marketing Reports To: Regional Proxy Manager Pay: $80,000 - 85,000/Year + Uncapped Bonus Potential The Proxy Team Lead balances handson field leadership with coaching, performance management, and administrative accountability to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds expectations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Field Leadership & Execution - Lead daily field execution, including ridealongs, territory coverage, and deployment of Proxy Agents - Model bestinclass canvassing behaviors, talk tracks, and objection handling - Ensure team adherence to approved scripts, compliance standards, and brand expectations - Act as the point person for realtime issue resolution in the field Coaching, Training & Performance Management - Coach Proxy Agents through regular feedback, role play, and performance reviews - Support onboarding and training of new hires in partnership with Marketing and HR - Identify performance gaps and implement corrective coaching plans - Recommend recognition, advancement, or disciplinary action as appropriate Performance Tracking & Reporting - Track individual and team performance metrics including activity, appointments set, demo rate, and quality - Ensure accurate, timely lead entry and attribution - Provide regular performance updates and insights to leadership - Use data to drive improvements in territory strategy and team productivity Team Culture & Accountability - Build a positive, performancedriven team culture grounded in accountability and professionalism - Set clear expectations around attendance, activity, and results - Reinforce company values and standards in daily interactions CrossFunctional Collaboration - Partner with Sales leadership and the Inside Sales Center to align lead flow and followup - Collaborate with Marketing Operations on systems, tools, and reporting - Support regional gotomarket initiatives and pilot programs as needed QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of experience in canvassing, field marketing, or directtoconsumer sales - Prior leadership, coaching, or team lead experience preferred - Strong communication, coaching, and conflictresolution skills - Ability to lead by example in a fieldbased, performancedriven environment - Comfortable working evenings and weekends - Ability to travel within assigned territories PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in home services or appointmentsetting organizations - Familiarity with CRM, canvassing, or leadmanagement tools - Demonstrated success in driving team performance metrics WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE - Consistent delivery of qualified, demoed appointments - Improved demo rates and appointment quality across the team - Strong retention, engagement, and performance of Proxy Agents - High standards of professionalism and brand representation - Clear, datadriven communication with leadership WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position is primarily fieldbased and requires extensive outdoor work in varying weather conditions. Proxy Agents should expect to work evenings and weekends to align with homeowner availability. The role involves prolonged walking and standing, frequent doortodoor engagement, and the ability to carry light materials such as brochures or tablets.
