Job Title

Seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst with strong handson experience in Python automation, SQLbased backend validation, and ROBO/RPA workflow testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in testing automation workflows, validating data accuracy, and ensuring quality across critical banking applications and backend systems. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for banking applications. Perform automation testing using Python for UI and backend validations. Validate ROBO/RPA workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with business rules. Write complex SQL queries to validate backend transactions, reports, and data consistency. Conduct functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing. Validate endtoend workflows across multiple systems within a banking environment. Identify, log, track, and retest defects using standard defect management tools. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to ensure quality delivery. Ensure all testing activities comply with banking standards, security, and regulatory requirements. Required Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience as a QA Analyst in enterprise environments. Strong handson experience in Python for test automation or scripting. Solid SQL expertise with experience in complex queries for backend validation. Experience testing ROBO/RPA workflows (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or similar). Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC processes. Experience in banking or financial services domain (highly preferred). Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
