About This Role We are looking for a FP&A Intern to join Super.coms growing Finance & Strategy team. The FP&A intern will work closely with our FP&A team in a fastpaced startup environment across various projects designed to uncover key insights into the business. What Youll Be Working On Strategic Thinking: You will look at all areas of our business to grasp the whole picture Financial Acumen: Analyze financial and operational results to improve forecasts and inform decision making Analytical Experience: Conduct financial analysis, build dashboards and reporting, dive deep into understanding data. Business Acumen: You will use a strong, analytical mindset, attention to detail and critical thinking skills to perform a variety of analyses (both quantitative and qualitative), conducting research, querying and analyzing data, and making recommendations. What Were Looking For You are a postsecondary student, studying in Finance, Business, Math, Statistics, Economics, Accounting or a related field (ideally with 12 terms of experience) You have a passion for numbers, data, spreadsheets, and attention to detail You have a strong work ethic with a desire to contribute to a fast growing startup team You are a critical thinker & problem solver with a natural curiosity to challenge the status quo You have the ability to learn quickly and a desire to continuously learn throughout the internship What We Offer Home Office Setup Allowance: $300 onetime Friday UberEats Allowance: $25/week Learning & Development Allowance: $300/ per term Fitness/Wellness Allowance: $120/per term Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, provided they maintain a minimum 6hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone and are available to work a 40hour work week. Were a remotefirst company, but youre always welcome to join us at our head office on 260 Queen Street West in Toronto.
