Performs tests both inplant and at project sites in accordance with established test plans and procedures. Supports project ITV/SWAT work and writes test automation scripts. Key Accountabilities Performs integration and test activities inhouse as per the test plan Prepares test reports that record pass/fail results and identify issues detected during testing Investigates test anomalies through analysis of data files, design documentation, and collaboration with development teams Prepares problem reports in the defecttracking system describing test failures and defects Identifies test objectives and develops test cases Follows company test processes and methods Develops test scripts, executes tests, and monitors results Develops reusable libraries for various projects Adheres to and promotes best practices for test development Collaborates with team members to support overall project success Provides feedback on test automation frameworks for continuous improvement Key Requirements Currently working toward a bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, or a related field Completion of the second or third year of undergraduate studies Strong analytical and problemsolving skills Knowledge of Python and Perl Knowledge of networking and communication systems Knowledge of AI automation and documentation Experience with automated testing Enthusiastic about taking on new challenges Strong performer who can contribute new ideas for automation Strong communication skills Ability to work 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship, minimum 2 days per week in the office, depending on team needs Preferred Qualifications Coop student available for an 8month term, with at least one additional quarter or semester of coursework remaining after the internship Previous coop or internship experience is an asset Knowledge of company products (e.g., SelTrac) Knowledge of systems to be employed Understanding of the roles and interactions of other departments as relating to Verification and Validation/Test Ready to Begin Your Journey?
