Project Coordinator - Architecture Firm GTA based - Hybrid - Full-time We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Coordinator to join our client's dynamic team in the GTA. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of our architectural and design projects. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for architecture and a desire to contribute to the creation of inspiring spaces. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project teams to oversee and coordinate the design and execution of projects. - Create and manage project work schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. - Ensure project compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, making necessary design revisions as required. - Maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project schedules. - Identify and manage project risks and issues in collaboration with project stakeholders. - Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status reports and metrics. - Assist in the preparation of project proposals and budgets. - Work with project managers to define and manage project scope, schedule, and budget throughout the project lifecycle. - Support project managers in maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Facilitate project team meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, or document control. - Solid understanding of architectural design theories and construction drawings. - Proficiency in Office 365, including Excel and Outlook. - Experience with contract admin software, such as Procore (preferred). - Familiarity with Bluebeam (preferred). - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - A team player attitude and willingness to work collaboratively with others.
