Duties to include: 1. Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets, and software such as Microsoft Excel. 2. Daily reconciliation of Cash Outs, Floats, ATMs, Teller Cash Dispenser (TDC), and Coin Dispenser. 3. Receiving and recording cash and cheques. 4. Emptying, reconciling and replenishing daily; the Video Lottery Terminals (VLT), ATMs and TCD. 5. Recording and balancing of all revenues and reconciliations to a daily cashiers report and a daily sales report. 6. Oversee the A/R. 7. Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings. 8. Interacting with management, customers, and vendors. 9. Other duties requested by the controller and management. Criminal record check required. NOTE: this is a part-time position.
