The Opportunity JASE Security Ltd. is seeking professional, observant, and guest-focused Security Guards to provide supplementary security services for a premier high-end hotel in Jasper. In this role, you serve as a vital link between safety and luxury hospitality, ensuring that guests enjoy a secure and serene stay in the heart of the Rockies. Key Responsibilities - Presence & Patrol: Conduct regular foot patrols of guest floors, common areas, and hotel perimeters. - Guest Relations: Act as a brand ambassador, assisting guests with inquiries while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor. - Access Control: Monitor entry points to ensure only authorized personnel and guests are on-site. - Incident Management: Respond to disturbances, medical emergencies, or safety hazards calmly and in accordance with established SOPs. - Reporting: Maintain detailed daily logs and submit digital incident reports to management. Qualifications & Requirements - License: A valid Alberta Security Guard License is mandatory. - Demeanor: Exceptional communication skills with a 'service-first' mindset. - Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high-end corporate security is a major asset. - Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. - Physical Fitness: Capability to remain on your feet and perform walking patrols for the duration of a shift.
