This role requires experience in sitecollection administration, user acceptance testing documentation, troubleshooting forms and workflows, supporting ShareGate, and complex SharePoint projects involving managed metadata, workflows, forms, and UI customization. Responsibilities - Provide first and secondlevel technical support for SharePointrelated issues, including user inquiries, system errors, and performance problems. - Troubleshoot SharePoint site and application issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner. - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, patch installations, and system configurations to ensure stability and security of the SharePoint environment. - Monitor SharePoint servers, services, and workflows to proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users. - Perform business analysis and design to support creating SharePoint solutions. Requirements - Experience as a Site Collection Administrator. - Experience preparing and documenting materials for user acceptance testing. - Experience troubleshooting forms and workflows (all types). - Experience using and supporting ShareGate. - Experience with complex SharePoint projects including solutions depending on managed metadata, workflows, forms, and user interface customization. - Experience applying patches/updates to SharePoint environments. - Experience using PowerShell to manage Farm/Application/Site Collection/Site Features. - Proven experience supporting Microsoft SharePoint environments, including SharePoint 2016 OnPremise and SharePoint Online.
