What You Will Do Support the Team Manager in promoting high-quality social work practice and developing innovative approaches to service delivery. Role model excellent, creative, and relationship-based social work practice across the service. Hold a complex caseload, exercising a high level of professional autonomy in assessment, planning, and decision-making. Provide mentoring, coaching, and practice guidance to less experienced social workers and students. Undertake high-quality assessments, and plan, implement, and review interventions for children and families. Lead and contribute to multiagency meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and shared decisionmaking. Deliver training sessions and group supervision, supporting continuous learning and development within the team. Ensure practice is compliant with relevant legislation, statutory guidance, and local policies. Promote equality, antidiscriminatory practice, and antiracist approaches in all aspects of your work.
