Previous experience with MRP/ERP is a must, preferably SAP. Proven experience in a high-mix, low-volume manufacturing industry would be ideal for this role.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Ownership of all activities related to Inventory Movement of Paint Panels in SAP. These activities include, but are not limited to: SAP Bin Transactions, PC/SC to TC PT# transactions, daily coordination of information from Paint Shop, Chassis and Warehouse on paint panels and chassis produced with paint panels advanced in process* Outplant parts transactions in SAP* Run Daily Parts to VIN Allocations* Support Paint Panel Cycle Counts* Support Physical Inventory Counts* Other duties and responsibilities related to Inventory Transactions and Process as requested by the management team**Experience:*** Degree in Supply Chain or Business Administration, IT or related field is preferred. Experienced candidates in the industry will be considered* 1 to 5 years experience working within a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive sector* 1 to 3 years of MRP/ERP experience, preferably in SAP* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Teams and Word, with advanced Excel skills* Supply Chain accreditation or working towards is an asset* Ability to work independently* Ability to prioritize and multitask, and extremely detail-orientated* Initiative-taking attitude towards work, teamwork, and co-operation* Strong, effective communication with critical thinking skills and superior problem-solving abilities are key for this role* Strategic and analytical mindsetThis job posting is for an existing vacancy.
