Position Overview Were looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our founding team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in mobile and web product design with a keen eye for building trust through intuitive interfaces. Youll own the end-to-end design process from user research and wireframes through to high-fidelity designs and design system foundations. Responsibilities Lead the design of UI and UX components across web and mobile platforms, contribute to and evolve our design system. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Build an intuitive, engaging interface that makes the experience seamless and trustworthy. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate concepts clearly to stakeholders and developers. Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders, engineers, and collaborators. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience 5+ years of experience in product and UI/UX design Portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX work across web and mobile platforms(please include your portfolio in the application) Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork Required Skills Strong user-centred design approach, with experience solving problems in complex or technical domains Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Sketch Familiarity with design systems and component libraries Experience with mobile-first and responsive design Preferred Skills Experience with motion design or micro-interactions Ability to work effectively in an agile, fast-paced startup environment Experienced or interested in collectibles, marketplaces, or consumer products At Orgn, we are committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and barrier-free workplace.
