The Opportunity: ML6 is excited to partner with one of our trusted and highly respected General Contractor clients in their search for a skilled Project Manager to join their growing construction team in Waterloo, ON. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a collaborative and well-established builder delivering impactful projects across the region, while playing a key role in the successful execution of complex builds. What Youll Be Doing: Organize, schedule, and lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and subtrades; document action items and follow up to ensure timely completion. Maintain accurate project records, logs, and documentation; ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. Develop, update, and manage project schedules; coordinate timelines with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure milestones are met. Prepare and review progress billings; track financials against budgets and communicate variances to stakeholders. Ensure all site operations comply with Ontario health and safety standards; coordinate inspections, reports, and corrective actions. Track project costs, monitor budgets, and provide detailed cost reports; identify potential savings or risk areas. Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services; ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Oversee contract administration, including contracts; review, negotiate, and implement terms. Coordinate with subcontractors, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards. Lead projects up to $5M$25M (approx.) from preconstruction through completion, ensuring quality, safety, schedule, and budget targets are met. What Youll Need to Be Successful: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related industry experience preferred. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the ICI construction sector, with additional exposure to any: water, wastewater, mechanical, electrical, heavy civil projects considered a strong asset. Strong knowledge of Ontario Building Code, regulations, and construction standards. Proficiency with common Project Management software and tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects successfully in a fast-paced environment. Professional certifications are an asset. Compensation Range: $115,000 - $130,000
