In the role of Curriculum Advisor, you will offer technical leadership and advisory assistance, focusing on the design, review, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) curricula. The SHARE Project, in partnership with the Vocational Educational and Training Authority (VETA) in Moshi, Tanzania, will work alongside the Volunteer to ensure that training programs are aligned with industry requirements, national VET policies, technological innovations, and labour market expectations, while fostering innovation and maintaining quality assurance. As a volunteer, you will: Lead development and revision of competency-Based Education and Training (CBET)curricula for technical and manufacturing programs Align programs with VETA standards and national qualification frameworks Conduct labour market and occupational analysis to inform curriculum updates. Integrate emerging technologies and industry best practices into training programs. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor''s Degree in Technical/Vocational Education, Curriculum Development, Engineering Education, or related field Essential Background: Minimum 35 years'' experience in TVET curriculum development.
