We promote leaders at every level and support our people to follow their passion. 1 Year Contract Role What You'll Do - Maintain and update driver files, training records, and certifications. - Track and follow up on Hours of Service (HOS) violations and Electronic Logging Device (ELD) compliance. - Prepare documentation for audits (e.g., National Safety Code, OHS, Food Safety, Environmental). - Facilitate driver onboarding, training, and road evaluations. - Assist with investigations of accidents and incidents, ensuring accuracy and accountability in reports. - Provide guidance and support to drivers on safety and compliance matters. - Conduct and document job task observations and site safety checks. - Monitor vehicle parking areas for safety hazards and ensure spill kits are complete and functional. What You'll Bring - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Post-Secondary education in Transportation, Supply Chain (or equivalent experience) preferred. - Demonstrated years of related experience in Transport, Transport Compliance or Supply chain. - Valid Class 1 drivers license. - Ability to multitask, make informed decisions, and solve problems effectively. - Willingness to travel and adjust schedule as needed. Hiring Range / chelle salariale lembauche : $60,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year.
