About the Role We are looking for experienced, licensed Ontario Land Surveyors (OLS) to lead and support a variety of survey projects. This role suits someone who enjoys both the technical and leadership aspects of surveying. Youll oversee project management, calculations, client relations, and mentoring the next generation of surveyors. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage survey projects from planning to completion. Provide cost estimates, resource scheduling, and invoicing oversight. Perform and review survey calculations to ensure accuracy. Ensure quality control and compliance with municipal, provincial, and federal regulations. Engage with the Registry Office to ensure seamless plan registration and deposits. Build and maintain client relationships, expanding business opportunities. Mentor articling students and junior team members, fostering professional development. Stay up to date with AOLS CPD requirements to maintain best practices in the industry. What Were Looking For: Licensed Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) in good standing with AOLS. All levels of experience in cadastral and engineering surveying.
