Youll have a wide range of opportunities to grow and develop your career in an inclusive environment where youll feel valued and supported to be your best - both personally and professionally.**How Youll Make an Impact**The Manager, Organic Social Media Investly is responsible for leading the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of Investlys organic social media presence to drive brand awareness, investor engagement, funded accounts, and long-term AUM growth. Reporting to the VP, Investly Growth, this role sits within the business team accountable for Investlys product roadmap, vision, sales, and growth.This role leads a team of social media specialists and creators to conceptualize, produce, publish, and manage content across key social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and others as assigned. The Manager ensures content aligns with business objectives, brand standards, and compliance requirements, while leveraging data, insights, AI tools, and platform best practices to continuously improve performance.Working cross-functionally with Growth, Product, Advertising, Creative, CX, Analytics, Legal, and Compliance partners, the Manager, Organic Social Media plays a critical role in building an engaged, informed, and growing Investly audience through high-quality, relevant, and timely social content and interactions.* Develop and own Investlys organic social media strategy, ensuring alignment with Investly Growth objectives, product priorities, and brand positioning.* Lead quarterly and annual social media planning, including editorial calendars, campaign support, and always-on content streams.* Oversee brainstorming, ideation, and concept development (including scripting and captions) with the social team to deliver a balanced mix of educational, product/service, and lifestyle content that makes investing approachable and engaging.* Analyze data with Hootsuite, Customer Journey Analytics, with support from Marketing, to monitor social media impact on app and owned channel activities and adjust strategies/tactics* Develop regular reporting and insights that connect organic social activity to broader business outcomes.* Present insights and recommendations to Investly Growth leadership and key stakeholders.* Establish and maintain efficient processes, controls, and workflows to support a fast-moving, digital-first social media operation.* Lead, coach, and develop a team of organic social media specialists and creators, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture.* Conduct regular 1:1s, performance check-ins, coaching sessions, development conversations.**What Were Looking For*** Completed University degree in Marketing, Finance or related fields, or equivalent practical experience* 3-5 years experience in marketing or communications experience in social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.* 2+ years experience leading a team with organic social media strategy and execution* Experience with Customer Journey Analytics and Hootsuite* Financial services and media agency experience is an asset**The Expertise You Bring*** Strong understanding of organic social media strategy and platform best practices* Ability to connect content strategy to business and growth objectives* Ability to connect social content strategy to business and growth objectives* Demonstrated innovative, collaborative, and proactive mindset* Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills* Analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment* Experience leveraging AI and data to inform content and decision-making* Proven people leadership and team development experience**Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.****Total Rewards That Reflect Your Impact**We believe exceptional work deserves exceptional recognition.
