The Position The Assistant Marketing Manager plays a supportiverole to the Brand Team in achieving key business objectives for the KFI brandportfolio. This position will reportinto the Senior Brand Manager. The Assistant Marketing Manager is responsiblefor execution excellence and commercialization support and does not own brandstrategy, portfolio direction, or Annual Operating Plan development. Key Role Responsibilities Ownand manage the master marketing calendar for KFI brand portfolio Translateapproved marketing strategies into detailed execution plans and campaignbriefs across multiple owned channels Collaborateclosely with agencies and internal creative team to lead execution ofbest-in-class marketing initiatives based on brand direction set by the SrBrand Manager, ensuring strong briefs and brand consistency. Overseeend-to-end campaign deployment across marketing initiatives. Coordinatecross-functional execution (Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory) Trackmarketing budget spends vs approved plan Ensurelaunch materials, trade show assets and sales tools are delivered on time Managedigital footprint of KFI brand across digital (social channels - Meta,TikTok, YouTube, etc.), website, customer service. Developthe digital content calendar and manage the execution of all digitalcampaigns, track and report digital KPIs (engagement, conversion, ROAS) Coordinateagencies, content creators, and influencers, and internal creativeresources Preparemonthly marketing performance dashboard Identifyoptimization opportunities and flag asks Collaboratewith cross functional teams to ensure key milestones (gating) ofcommercialization process are achieved, while understanding the broaderpicture of what is needed to drive innovation success Trackinnovation performance and provide reporting and tactical recommendationsto support launch objectives.
