Health & Safety Business Partner New Westminster or North Vancouver | Hybrid A leading retail organization is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to support and evolve health and safety programs across corporate, retail, and supply chain environments. This role partners closely with leaders and employees to drive a strong safety culture, support regulatory compliance, and deliver impactful health and safety initiatives. What youll do: Lead and support health & safety programs, training, and injury reporting Partner with leaders and employees on safety concerns across manufacturing and warehouse environments Conduct ergonomic and job hazard assessments and support incident investigations Support WorkSafeBC cases and deliver key health & safety metrics Collaborate crossfunctionally to develop and scale H&S programs What were looking for: 5+ years of Health & Safety experience (retail or distribution preferred) Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC and other H&S regulations (OSHA, ISO, WELL, etc.) Proven ability to influence stakeholders and execute safety strategies Handson, proactive, and collaborative approach Health & Safety certifications (CRSP, CHSC, CRST, etc.) are an asset Join a team focused on protecting people, reducing risk, and building a safer workplace.
