Your Impact As a Pharmacist Manager, youll lead with compassion and purpose. Youll work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to deliver outcome-focused care in communities where your presence truly matters. What youll do: - Oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and professional services - Provide patient-centered care while collaborating with local healthcare teams - Lead, support, and develop your pharmacy team - Build strong relationships with local healthcare centers, clinics, and community partners - Ensure NIHB claims and provincial guidelines are met - Embrace community education and outreach as part of your pharmacy role What Were Looking For - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy - Active license with the relevant Provincial College of Pharmacists - Minimum 1 year of management experience (preferred) - Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills - Comfortable working independently and in rural/remote settings - Experience with pharmacy software (Kroll experience is a plus) - A genuine passion for helping underserved communities thrive About NWC The North West Company is a trusted retailer in underserved communities across Northern Canada, Alaska, the South Pacific, and the Caribbean.
