A Leadership Role for a Proven Seller Ready to Run the Show MBS Radio is looking for a results-driven leader to oversee two local radio stations CJCJ Woodstock and CIKX Grand Falls serving Western New Brunswick. This role is ideal for a strong sales professional who knows how to build revenue, lead by example, and step into full market leadership. Youll drive sales performance while managing overall station operations, helping shape the future of two newly acquired stations with strong local roots and growth potential. What Youll Be Responsible For (Primary Focus) - Lead revenue growth through active sales strategy. - Coach, mentor, and hold accountability with the sales team. - Lead by example through direct client relationships and business development. - Identify market opportunities and build smart, local solutions for advertisers. - Manage pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics. General Management - Oversee daytoday station operations and ensure alignment with company goals. - Build a positive, high-performance culture focused on results and teamwork. - Collaborate with programming, promotions, and corporate teams to maximize impact. - Manage budgets and support strategic planning for market growth. - Strengthen community presence and local partnerships.
