Role Mission To successfully improve financial outlooks for families through proficient client acquisition strategies and implementation of ethical financial solutions. Responsibilities - Leverage your sales background and industry expertise to connect with potential clients and provide them with the bestsuited insurance solutions. - Source clients through professional opportunities to build your book of business. - Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and financial situations to recommend appropriate risk, savings, and debt solutions. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients; provide ongoing support and address inquiries or concerns. - Collaborate with the Trinity Solutions Team to stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques. - Adhere to industry regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications & Competencies - Must have a valid Life & Health Insurance Agent license in your province of residency. - Proven track record of success in life insurance and/or accident and sickness insurance sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. - Familiarity with Canadian compensation guidelines for life insurance agents. - Existing knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
