Qualifications & Competencies - Must have a valid Life & Health Insurance Agent license in your province of residency. - Proven track record of success in life insurance and/or accident and sickness insurance sales. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. - Familiarity with Canadian compensation guidelines for life insurance agents. - Existing knowledge of insurance products, underwriting processes, and industry regulations.
