Process orders accurately and follow through to resolution. Assist new customers and support online ordering. Collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience. Maintain high service standards. What We're Looking For Bilingual fluency in French and English. Postsecondary education. Contact center experience seen as an asset. Knowledge of SAP ECC or similar systems. Team player with attention to detail and techsavvy.
