In this role, you will be responsible for: Campaign Strategy & Execution: Manage multichannel marketing campaigns designed to drive upsell and crosssell opportunities across the existing customer base. Drive product adoption through customer education activities. Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and other internal teams to align campaign goals with business objectives and customer needs. Customer Segmentation & Targeting: Identify and prioritize customer segments for campaign targeting using firmographic, behavioral, and product usage data. Content Development: Work closely with Content and Creative to create and localize compelling campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, and webinars. Channel Management: Execute and manage campaigns across a variety of channels, including email, inproduct messaging, and webinars. Events: Partner with Account Management and Customer Success teams to plan 1:few closing events (i.e. sporting events, dinners, etc.) Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize campaigns to improve engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution. About you 3+ years of proven experience in software/SaaS marketing, demand generation, campaign management or customer marketing Experience developing and executing B2B SaaS campaigns to midmarket businesses Experience with marketing automation, CRM & project management software (Salesforce, Asana, Marketo) Proactive selfstarter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking Positive, cando attitude, with the ability to work with marketing, sales, customer success and product professionals Excellent verbal and written communication skills Adept at juggling multiple priorities and excellent attention to detail Bonus Experience with lifecycle, retention or customer marketing Familiarity with Gainsight and Pendo Our benefits package includes: Hybrid working model that requires you to be in office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday Competitive salary and stock options Matching RRSP Extended benefits, Employee Assistance Program, life insurance, AD&D, LTD Maternity, Paternity and Fertility Treatment benefits 15 days of PTO Subsidized lunch on office days Fresh fruit, snacks & drinks in office Dogfriendly office Conveniently located close to transit Phone/internet allowance Regular companywide social events Multiple ERG groups celebrating our diversity and creating an inclusive culture Base Salary Range: $64,000 - $79,000 CAD annually. The compensation information, above, reflects our reasonable expectation for this role based on several factors, including current market conditions. Final compensation will be determined through individual assessment of experience, skills, qualifications, and other jobrelevant factors.
