**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processing machines and the timely delivery of products. This position requires a dedication to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various teams. **Responsibilities** Pull material from the warehouse to feed and unload processing machines. Operate machinery such as overhead cranes, benders, shears, schnell benders, and flip bars accurately and efficiently. Assist in loading trucks with orders safely and timely. Ensure compliance with company policies and standards for safety and success. Perform daily maintenance and safety checks on all equipment and tools, recording and reporting any defects. Ensure proper use of required personal protective equipment at all times. Maintain a clean and organized work area according to policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Maintain effective labor relations through compliance with company policies, labor agreements, resolution of employee grievances, and fair treatment. Communicate with supervisors, process control, machine operators, quality, and other shop personnel for assignments. **Essential Skills** Ability to read a tape measure. Experience working on a construction site, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment. Experience using power tools. Ability to lift and move 50 pounds throughout the day. Ability to work outside and in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and reliability. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** First aid level one certification is an asset. Mechanical inclination is a plus.
