Job Summary We are seeking a forwardthinking Business Analyst to lead and support automation initiatives, the introduction of AIenabled tools, and the streamlining of business processes within the global finance team. This role bridges business needs and technology solutions, driving efficiency, scalability, and datadriven decisionmaking. Key Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities. Lead requirements gathering for automation, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. Evaluate, recommend, and support implementation of AI tools and automation solutions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process designs. Partner with IT and finance teams to implement required ERP customizations. Develop business cases, costbenefit analyses, and ROI assessments for automation initiatives. Support change management, user adoption, and training related to new tools and processes. Monitor performance of implemented solutions and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Ensure data quality, governance, and controls within automated processes. Document workflows, process maps, and standard operating procedures. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor''''s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or Automation Analyst. Strong experience with process mapping, workflow design, and process improvement methodologies. Exposure to automation platforms, AI tools, or lowcode/nocode solutions (e.g., RPA, MLbased tools). Ability to translate complex business needs into practical technology solutions. Strong analytical, problemsolving, and stakeholder management skills. Salary and Total Rewards The base salary range for this position is $80,000 $115,000 annually, depending on geographic location, experience, qualifications, and skills.
