As a District Manager, you are a charismatic leader with exceptional service and sales acumen. You will drive the growth and awareness of Flying Tiger in your district. You are passionate about leading teams and recognize the importance of leading by example, building motivation, and creating an environment that demonstrates Flying Tigers values. You are accountable for creating a highly productive multi-store environment in which we exceed customer expectations and create an engaging and inclusive environment where employees are motivated and supported to do their best. You will manage and provide oversight of all aspects of sales, people, and process within your district, partnering with key leaders to exceed targets. Job Responsibilities Revenue & Profitability: Drive revenue and exceed targets; build and continually review daily, weekly, monthly business and people results, creating plans to achieve targets. Drive a culture of performance, cost awareness and accountability across stores and store teams develop the required business acumen within your team to analyze results and implement plans for improvement. Mitigate risk, identifying and resolving all gaps or roadblocks to profitability & protecting our assets including internal & external theft, inventory accuracy People: Train, coach, motivate and inspire store leaders to ensure high level of engagement inclusive of providing a safe, healthy inclusive work environment Source and recruit top talent build the infrastructure necessary to sustain a growing business. Set expectations and manage performance of the team to meet revenue, team development, operations & profitability goals. Conduct regular assessments of our people against performance review criteria and KPIs. Lead by example and ensuring the quality of the in-store customer experience by communicating, training, and upholding expectations of service. Provide in-store feedback and coaching to staff (where applicable), to build skills and confidence in customer service and product knowledge. Monitor the product needs and customer expectations across stores and ensure that we are delivering the right products, through the right experiences to our different customers across our locations. Operations & Execution: Visit stores on a weekly basis ensuring operational, brand, visual merchandising and product standards are met every day and teams are clear on their expectations and roles. Identify opportunities, gaps, risks and roadblocks with urgency and partner as needed with cross functional teams to resolve. Ensure standard operational policies and procedures are being followed including health & safety, store maintenance (as good as new), cleaning & replenishment, inventory management and cash systems. Ensure teams are building optimal schedules to meet customer expectations and sales targets (wages % of sales) efficiently and effectively. Build brand loyalty through the membership program and driving future business. Identifying opportunities for marketing initiatives to drive new & repeat clients and community engagement at the store level. What you''''ll bring to the team: Minimum 2 years of Retail leadership experience in a multi-unit management role; beauty industry would be considered an asset. Proven business, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Self-motivated, and able to work well under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines with minimal supervision. Exceptional leadership capabilities with a history of attracting, developing, motivating and retaining talent. Demonstrated understanding of service excellence in a consumer environment. Excellent communication skills. Pay range: $90,000 - 110,000/annually This is a vacant position.
