Job Title

We are looking for someone to join our village and provide part time care for our 2 beautiful girls, ages 1 and 4 years old. Our family philosophy is rooted in high warmth and structure. We are looking for someone who can manage our children''s emotions, ensure safety, maintain boundaries, and is familiar with Reggio and Montessori principles. Our 1yo is in a climbing phase at the moment. She is quiet and moves fast. Our 4yo is very talkative, likes to be read to and engage in long conversations. We need someone who can meet both their needs, ensuring safety for our 1yo while interacting with our 4yo, and setting boundaries where appropriate. Currently we are looking to hire for a few hours in evenings, roughly once a week, with the option to increase hours. Duties will include: - daycare pickup (walking distance) - supervise meals - bedtime routine - ensuring safety at all times - emotional attunement and coaching - household chores when children are asleep
