The Supervisor, System Development is key to ensure effective execution of solution delivery activities and support the project managers to achive project goals on time and within budget. This role focuses on leadership and supervision of the solution delivery activities, including collaborating with project managers, recruiting team members, managing performance and managing stakeholder relationship. How you will create impact: - Provide leadership and direction to the system development team, including recruiting, coaching, performance management, and career development planning. - Support project leadership in backlog prioritization and project activities across all phases. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a productive and healthy project environment. - Monitor development activities and delivery KPIs, identify root causes of gaps, and address issues to ensure project targets are met. - Analyze and resolve execution-related issues with the team and escalate to the project manager promptly when needed. - Facilitate delivery of solution delivery backlog items. - Works closely with the Release Program Manager to support implementation release planning and execution. - Work with the team to identify opportunities on continuously improvement. To join our team: - University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field - PMP or ACP certification. - 5+ years of experience in system development leadership. - Working to expert-level knowledge of the system development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies, including comprehensive understanding of related tools and techniques. - Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement policies and procedures, lead teams, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. - Proven ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide informed recommendations to support continuous improvement.
