We need to find new ways to do things, discover new solutions and develop new processes. Which is where you come in. What you will be doing - Responsible for leading security staff to support smooth, safe, and continuous business operations - Manage security department and ensure compliance with security management systems and policies. Implement andmonitorpolicies and guidelines related to security and emergency response. Regular review of security procedures and provide recommendations for improvement. - Safe guardspremises against fire, theft,vandalismand illegal entry - enforces all security rules - Performs opening/closing duties - Oversees/checks and logs all movement of precious metals and sundry items in and out of building. - Conducts employee searches with metal detection equipment - Maintains and oversees all security logs - Monitors CCTV and patrols building for security and safety breaches - Assistwith delivery andpick upsof precious metal orders - Assistwith checking delivery status on previously shipped packages - Administers First Aid whenrequired - Other duties as assigned Who we are looking for - High School diploma required, Two year law and security College Diploma preferred - 2 year Security officer experience - High integrity - Work independantly - Communicate skills in English - Work well under pressure - Ability to organize and prioritize tasks - Take instruction well What we offer We aim to lead the way.
