Job Title

Responsibilities - Prepare job sites with necessary materials, tools, and equipment according to work orders. - Ensure the quality of materials and the working condition of tools and equipment before commencing work. - Safely operate a counterbalance forklift truck and conduct pre-use inspections. - Load and unload trucks, delivering materials and equipment to job sites as needed. - Complete schedule 1 inspections and daily driving logs. - Record usage information upon job completion and update work order sheets. - Monitor warehouse inventory levels during staging and de-staging, notifying the Operations Manager of low stock. - Manage inventory changes in inventory management software daily. - Conduct monthly physical inventory of diamonds and materials. - Retrieve material and sundry orders from vendors when necessary. - Perform tools and equipment repairs, coordinate third-party maintenance, and maintain records. - Schedule and coordinate field vehicle maintenance and annual inspections. - Handle vehicle registrations and license plate renewals. Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in equipment maintenance or warehouse supervision. - Strong multitasking abilities with flexibility to adapt to changing business demands. - Demonstrates effective management and coaching skills, understanding both customer and company needs. - Experience with inventory management software, particularly Sortly , is advantageous. - Familiarity with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations is beneficial. - Valid 'G' drivers license and dependable vehicle for travel between project sites. Details Weekly hours vary based on project needs, typically 40 to 50 hours per week. Approximately 10 hours of daily installation work. Schedule determined by Operations Manager, offering flexibility. Position requires flexibility in scheduling, providing the same in return.
