Job Description

Flints platform turns client documents and standards into structured activities that employees practice in their real jobs over a structured 12-week program. New enterprise pilots launch regularly, and the product continues to evolve based on real client usage. This role sits upstream of Customer Success and owns early-stage implementation for new pilots, including client onboarding, pilot execution, and structured feedback into product. Core Mandate Lead the design and early implementation of activity-based training programs for new clients, ensuring: Translate client materials into clear, structured activity programs Ensure pilots launch on schedule with well-structured, client-ready output Deliver program drafts that are structurally sound and require refinement rather than redesign Identify clear, actionable product gaps based on real client usage Key Responsibilities 1. Program Design & Content Translation Review client intake forms, SOPs, compliance manuals, job descriptions, and supporting materials Extract the core business challenge and desired business impact Define key practices and progression levels (basic to advanced) Translate source material into structured, 12-week activity programs Draft concise, action-oriented activity prompts that require real-world application Write client-facing program proposals for approval prior to build Work effectively with LLM tools to generate, refine, and structure content and proposals Maintain ownership of judgment and quality rather than relying passively on AI This work combines analytical interpretation, behavioral design, and clear writing 2. Early Pilot Implementation Lead onboarding and configuration for new enterprise pilots Ensure programs are built and launched without delay Work within existing product constraints and apply practical solutions where needed Support the first few weeks of pilot execution before handoff to Customer Success 3. Product Signal & Feedback Identify patterns in what new clients need that the product does not yet support Distinguish between one-off customization requests and scalable product improvements Surface clear, specific, actionable feedback to the Product Manager Act as a credible internal voice representing early client reality 4. Operational Discipline Manage multiple concurrent pilot implementations Ensure proposals and builds are delivered on schedule Operate effectively in an environment where structure continues to evolve Success in First 90 Days Produce proposals that require refinement, not restructuring Independently own at least one client implementation end-to-end Build and launch programs without delay Begin identifying recurring product gaps and articulating them clearly Profile The defining trait for this role is cognitive ability. This person must be able to read messy client material, identify the real business problem underneath it, recognize patterns across accounts, diagnose what a client is actually trying to solve, and structure that into a coherent program without significant handholding. They should be confident pushing back when something doesnt make sense and able to translate ambiguity into a clear, well-articulated solution. Strong, concise writing is essential.
