Your Role As a Technical Sales Representative British Columbia , you will be responsible for developing and growing your assigned territory. You will act as a trusted partner and brand ambassador to distributors, partners and end users. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director (Ontario & Western Canada), you will play a strategic role in expanding JJSs footprint on the West Coast. Your impact will include: Growing sales and retaining existing customers Prospecting and opening new accounts Conducting product demonstrations and technical training Implementing growth strategies for your territory Your success will be driven by your ability to build strong relationships, understand customer needs and deliver valueadded solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of customers and partners across British Columbia Identify and develop new business opportunities Present and demonstrate JJS technical solutions Train customers and distribution partners Participate in trade shows, events and promotional activities Prepare tailored sales proposals and solutions Execute territory growth strategiesMaintain accurate CRM activity tracking (Pipedrive) Maintain a strong field presence and customer engagement Profile & Qualifications Post-secondary education in Sales, Business or a related field Minimum 3 years of B2B technical or industrial sales experience Experience in abrasives, tools or surface finishing (asset) Strong knowledge of the British Columbia industrial market (asset) Strong organizational, time management and autonomy skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities Comfortable using CRM and digital tools Ability to travel frequently within the territory Valid drivers license English required French an asset What We Offer Base salary ($60 K - $70K) + bonus plan Full product training and ongoing support Group insurance after 3 months (health, disability, drugs, EAP) DPSP after 6 months (2% of salary) Company phone and laptop provided Mileage reimbursement and business expenses Vacation + company holiday shutdown in December Dynamic, people-focused and performance-driven environment Ready to grow your career with a strong Canadian company?
