Job Description

This role will involve but is not limited to: Dealing with incoming leads Following up with post interviewed candidates by phone and email Initial calls with candidates Progression calls with candidates Initial research on various projects working with recruitment manager Assisting with meeting department KPIs set by recruitment manager Keeping candidates informed and updated throughout the process Answering queries from candidates Assisting with consultant recruitment marketing activities Assisting with consultant recruitment projects Identifying and contacting potential candidates Updating the Company website and Consultant and Sub-Consultant website profiles. Joining Recruitment Manager in networking and at events Requirements Previous experience in a 360 Recruitment role Willingness to learn Driven to work to key performance indicators and work to specified targets Able to work as part of a team Good interpersonal skills supporting the Consultants Confident and personable on the telephone and in meetings Good problem solving and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with the Consultant Recruitment Team and other operational departments across the firm Ability to work to deadlines, achieve results and prioritise Ability to balance commercial interests with compliance requirements Service and client experience centric Excellent written and verbal communication skills Organised and self-motivated Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Company Core Values: Aspire: To challenge convention, an entrepreneur with energy for change.
