The Opportunity: Supply Chain Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and action-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage our end-to-end operational workflow. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role serves as the central point of coordination between raw material procurement, manufacturing, warehousing, and final distribution. The successful candidate will be a foundational leader responsible for the seamless execution of both online sample shipments and high-volume B2B fulfillment. About the Role The Supply Chain Coordinator will: Manage the end-to-end operational workflow for our mushroom-derived ingredients. Ensure the seamless execution of eCommerce (online samples) and B2B (Purchase Order) fulfillment. Proactively communicate order confirmations, delivery timelines, and potential exceptions to customers and internal stakeholders. Coordinate between procurement, manufacturing, and distribution to maintain ''Nourish Life'' standards. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Logistics & Procurement Source, purchase, and track raw materials to ensure inbound freight arrives in time for production. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing to resolve delays or shortages proactively. Coordinate outbound shipping, including LTL/FTL freight for large POs and parcel shipping for online orders. Handle emergency rush orders and support the fast resolution of customer returns or logistical complaints. Work with logistics partners to optimize costs and ensure On-Time In-Full (OTIF) delivery. Manufacturing & Inventory Alignment Align production schedules with current inventory levels and open orders with manufacturers. Maintain accurate inventory data for raw materials and finished goods within the ERP system. Lead physical cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies on the warehouse floor. Support the complete life cycle of order channels, ensuring compliance with vendor routing guides. Qualifications Experience: 3+ years in supply chain, procurement, inventory planning, or hands-on operations. Order Expertise: Proven experience managing both direct-to-consumer online orders and high-volume B2B Purchase Orders. Systems Proficiency: Strong experience working within ERP, CRM, and physical inventory management systems. Communication: Excellent ability to de-escalate customer issues and communicate across Sales, Manufacturing, and Finance. Education: A Bachelor''s degree in a related field is an asset. Compensation Compensation for this role is $50,000-$60,000 annually, based on experience and demonstrated capability. This is an in-office position requiring a daily physical presence to effectively manage physical inventory and manufacturing workflows.
