Overview Were looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyones journeys better. As a Visitation Specialist you will work airside and communicate with local representatives and flight crews on a daily basis to assist and ensure catering operations are smooth and according to specifications. Your ability to work courteously and represent Gate Gourmet as a professional at all times is critical because you serve as liaison between customers and the operations teams. Job Specific Requirements Ability to obtain & maintain a YVR Restricted Access pass (RAIC) and airside vehicle operators permit Class 5 drivers licence with a clean Drivers abstract Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to solve problems and think quickly under stressful circumstances Our Employees Must Be Able to Work assigned schedule which may include various shifts, weekends and holidays Work overtime when required Follow written specifications and directions Good communication skills reading/ writing Communicate with Supervisors and co-workers Follow directions Work as a member of a team Environmental Requirements Will be exposed to extreme temperature changes and noise Must be able to lift, push, pull, move product, equipment and supplies up to seventy-five (75) pounds Regularly stands, bends, lifts and moves intermittently during shifts of 8+ hours For more detailed description of job duties view on the Gate Gourmet website. #J-18808-Ljbffr
